Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or finance; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on strategic and financial plans, surfacing investment opportunities
• Build financial models to evaluate performance, unit economics, ROI, and scenarios
• Translate ambiguous questions into analyses and clear recommendations
• Drive mid-month and month-end financial reviews across teams
• Own headcount planning and translate strategy into cost implications
• Improve planning and reporting through automation and AI-enabled tools
• Serve as trusted advisor to business partners balancing financial discipline with agility
