Job summary

2U is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A in the United States to lead cross-functional financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will own the operating plan, build three-statement models, and partner with executives to identify risks and opportunities that shape company-wide decisions.

You will mentor a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and develop scalable reporting using Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
5+ years in a leadership role with proven team development.
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate insights to boards.
Advanced financial modeling and three-statement forecasting.
Experience with enterprise planning systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Own consolidation of enterprise forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans across units.
Develop and maintain three-statement financial models for liquidity management and decision making.
Build scenario analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives and investments.
Partner with leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
