The role focuses on sophisticated modeling, forecasting, and executive-level insights while embracing AI and automation to modernize processes.

You will build business cases, analyze KPIs, and translate data into actionable leadership recommendations in a large, complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or related experience.
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses.
• Ability to turn financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and large data sets.
• Exposure to or genuine interest in leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technology within finance.
• Comfortable operating in a large, complex, fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and investment recommendations.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, KPIs, and key business drivers.
• Translate complex data into meaningful executive-level analytics and insights.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes and reporting.

• Help improve the scalability and efficiency of financial planning and analysis across a complex organization.
