Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in the Miami area to own budgets and rolling forecasts across multi‑currency operations. You will partner with the CFO and operations leaders to build models that explain the numbers and speed up future analysis.

You’ll develop driver‑based forecasting, manage the monthly reporting package, and design AI‑powered workflows that automate finance tasks. Strong Excel skills and multi‑entity experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years FP&A experience; 5+ years is a strong plus.
• Experience building with AI: automated workflows or agents.
• Solid grasp of accruals/deferrals and how the statements connect.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling; auditable and easy to follow.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts across facilities and entities, incl. multi-currency operations.
• Deliver monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis with insights for leadership actions.
• Build driver-based models connecting metrics to revenue, cost and margin.
• Own monthly management reporting package and KPI dashboards for executives.
• Design and build AI-powered models and workflows to automate finance tasks.
• Support integration of new entities into a consistent planning/reporting structure.
• Support integration of new/international entities into planning/reporting.
• Ensure deliverables are moved across departments on time.
