Coinbase is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own FP&A product surfaces, including planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows. You will partner with Finance and EAA to shape the operating model and investments, driving improvements in budgeting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and automation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise software or workflows.
• Experience in finance systems, planning platforms, or related domains.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience moving complex problem spaces into concrete strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in workflow contexts.
• Proven ability to influence across Finance, Engineering, and Business Systems.
