Zusammenfassung

Nectar Allergy is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to partner with the CEO and leadership. You’ll own monthly close coordination, P&L and cash forecasting, board reporting, and internal analytics.

The role combines hands-on Excel forecasting with building dashboards to monitor clinic performance, requiring strong modeling, data analysis, and data visualization skills. This is a fully remote role with light travel supporting multiple clinics as Nectar expands nationally.

Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years FP&A experience in corporate finance, venture-backed startup, or healthcare/life sciences.
• Experience with FP&A in multi-site or VC-backed growth-stage company, or healthcare services.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; clean, well-structured models.
• Hands-on data analysis and visualization to drive actionable insights.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for executive dashboards.
• Ability to produce board-level reporting and executive narratives.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain the company P&L and cash flow forecast, including short- and long-range models.
• Partner with the third-party accounting team on monthly close, AP, payroll, tax, and provider bonuses.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets; provide variance analysis and actionable commentary to leadership.
• Build and continuously refine financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly board financial reports and executive analyses.
• Create dashboards tracking clinic performance and operational metrics.
