Job summary

Ultimo, an IFS company, is seeking a senior Finance business partner to lead FP&A for North America, shaping pricing, hiring, investment and growth with regional leaders.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, project margins, and services revenue recognition, while driving AI-enabled automation to make Finance faster, smarter, and more scalable. This role is based in the United States (Eastern Time) with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years in FP&A or business partnering, ideally SaaS or professional services.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills for project economics to executive-level discussions.
• Based in the United States within the Eastern Time Zone for real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and annual budgeting for North America across Ultimo and FSI
• Build project-level reporting and provide insight into project margins and services revenue recognition
• Drive utilization, capacity and resource planning for the services organization
• Turn monthly performance data into actionable business insight
• Partner with North American leadership, Sales and Services on pricing, hiring and investments
• Champion AI and automation to improve the speed, quality and scalability of Finance processes
