Job summary

Ultimo, an IFS company, is seeking a senior US Finance lead to own the US month-end close, ensure financial integrity, and drive compliance with group reporting. You will collaborate with European Finance leadership and manage the US accounting team, payroll, and treasury processes in a fast-moving software environment.

You will work within a multinational Finance team across Europe, North America, and Sri Lanka, shaping local controls while aligning with central processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Controller/Senior Accounting Manager roles in a multinational.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and multi-state sales/use tax.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, banking and payment controls.

Responsibilities

• Own US month-end close and key balance sheet accounts for accurate group reporting.
• Ensure US accounting aligns with IFRS and US GAAP adjustments for local reporting.
• Lead US sales and use tax across states and coordinate with tax advisers.
