Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team. You will build partnerships with executives and cross-functional partners to support new business growth, develop financial models, and prepare the consolidated budget and forecast.

You’ll provide qualitative and quantitative analyses of results and trends to guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will help leadership meet financial targets by solving problems and developing operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or MBA.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; ability to understand sophisticated financial models and present terms, assumptions, and drivers.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion Enterprise a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience presenting to groups and conducting trainings; strong communication skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

Establish a clear understanding of client goals through data analysis and communication.
Develop proforma modeling and investment analysis; perform ad hoc projects, reporting, and modeling.
Identify risks and opportunities and communicate with business partners internally and externally.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence and curiosity; present options to achieve financial goals.
Actively communicate financial terms, deal structures, and modeling assumptions; address concerns with stakeholders.
