Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team. As the SFA, you'll build partnerships with executives and cross-functional partners to support growth, develop pro forma models, and help prepare the consolidated budget and forecast.

You will translate data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or MBA; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; ability to present terms, assumptions, and drivers to clients.
• Highly skilled in MS Excel; intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of finance software a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience presenting to groups and conducting trainings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear understanding of client goals and objectives through data analysis and communication.
• Develop proforma modeling and investment analysis; perform ad hoc projects, reporting, and modeling.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate with business partners internally and externally.
• Work through ambiguity with confidence and curiosity by asking questions, thinking creatively, and presenting options to achieve financial goals.
• Actively communicate financial terms, deal structures, variances, and modeling assumptions to collaborators; assess feedback and resolve concerns.
