Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial planning across Corporate FP&A and ACS. You will partner with the CEO, CFO and ExCo, turning plans into funded options and providing decision-ready insights.

You will elevate the Anaplan workforce model, lead budgeting and long-range planning, and advance automation and data governance to lift forecasting quality and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics and professional qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CFA).
• 7+ years of FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and ExCo stakeholders.
• Advanced modelling and scenario forecasting skills.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly expenses, reporting, and performance analysis across the Group.
• Partner with ExCo, CFO and function heads to challenge decisions with a finance perspective.
• Translate plans into funded options and drive decision-ready commentary.
• Develop and communicate KPI reporting and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Champion AI-enabled forecasting and data governance improvements.
• Supervise a small FP&A team and coach on modelling and communication.
