Job summary

PVcase is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end OpEx planning, reporting, and forecasting. You will own cost center analysis, drive forecast consolidation, and ensure TM1 remains the single source of truth while partnering with department leaders.

The role requires strong financial modeling, hands-on planning tool experience, and the ability to challenge budget assumptions with clear business narratives. English fluency is required, Lithuanian a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian a plus
• 5–7+ years in finance; 2–3+ years FP&A; end-to-end close/budget experience
• Experience with TM1 mapping and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own OpEx close, variance analysis, monthly reporting packs and boards inputs
• Plan, analyze trends, and provide variance commentary for non-people OpEx; track cost efficiency
• Lead annual OpEx budgets and reforecasts; build driver-based forecasts and LRP scenarios
• Consolidate OpEx, workforce, and revenue forecasts in TM1; support CFO/Board presentations
• Partner with department heads to translate numbers into actionable insights and risks/opportunities
• Ensure TM1 as single source of truth; automate reporting and dashboards; streamline close/budget cycles
• 5–7+ years in finance with 2–3+ years FP&A; experience with non-finance stakeholders
• Tech, SaaS, or scale-up background preferred
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; TM1/Cognos/Anaplan/Adaptive; NetSuite; strong accounting knowledge
• Commercial mindset, structured thinking, clear communication
