Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager – Operations to lead performance management, provide timely insight to Operations leaders and the C-suite, and drive forecasting, budgeting and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes labor productivity, controllable costs and actionable recommendations. The position involves cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll and IT, with a hybrid work model at the Westborough, MA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience mentoring financial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal deputy to the Director of FP&A Operations and coordinate priorities.
• Lead the operational performance-management cadence with clear reporting.
• Own weekly and monthly reporting of key operational metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance-review packs for senior leadership.
• Create executive-quality slides, reports and dashboards.
• Partner with Operations to investigate gaps and actions.
• Lead labor-performance reporting and analysis.
• Identify labor-efficiency opportunities by banner/region/site.
• Lead end-to-end operating forecast cycle and scenario analysis.
• Prepare annual operating budgets with driver-based plans.
• Improve FP&A tools, data quality and controls.
• Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members.
