Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience (2 years in management).
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own SG&A reporting (month/quarter/year), including budget and forecast processes.
• Hire and develop a team to meet FP&A goals.
• Partner with FP&A in expense planning and reporting to drive expense management.
• Prepare and deliver department head reporting packages with narratives.
• Perform variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain root causes.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial reports for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and other teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to streamline reporting and forecast accuracy.
