iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations FP&A to partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and ROI modeling for strategic initiatives in Orange County, CA.

The role covers monthly close, budgeting, forecast, and analytics, with heavy emphasis on data-driven insights for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners in operations and finance. Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days on-site supports collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, operations finance, or related roles.
• Experience with modeling and large data sets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Healthcare, medical device, or public company experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; communicate key drivers and implications.
• Partner with cost accounting to understand CORS and gross margin; assist forecasting/reporting.
• Prepare and enhance reporting with narratives and insights (monthly business reviews, project updates).
• Own monthly close activities (accruals, reclasses, headcount reconciliations).
• Build ROI models for savings initiatives and projects.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, including scenario analyses.
• Collaborate with leaders to manage expenses, track spend, identify risks/opportunities.
• Align actuals with forecast and modeling with Cost Accounting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.
