Job summary

Origence in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst, FP&A to support planning, reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives across the organization.

This role partners with the FP&A team to deliver financial analysis, develop Power BI reporting solutions, support planning processes, and leverage enterprise data to drive business insights. A strong financial acumen and data mindset are essential.

Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of FP&A, financial analysis, BI, or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Power BI experience: dashboards, data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Technology and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and presentations.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives, profitability analyses, pricing, and business cases.
• Analyze performance and identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support enterprise reporting standards and metric definitions.
