Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, operations finance, or related roles.
• Experience modeling and working with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Healthcare, medical device, and/or public company experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; communicate key drivers clearly.
• Partner with cost accounting to understand CORS and gross margin assumptions; assist forecasting.
• Prepare and enhance reporting with narratives and insights; monthly business reviews and capital updates.
• Own monthly close activities for areas of ownership including accruals and headcount reconciliations.
• Build ROI models for savings initiatives and strategic projects.
