Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related analytical role.
3+ years in headcount/capacity planning or workforce management preferred.
MBA or CPA is a plus for advancement.

Own end-to-end headcount and capacity planning in partnership with HR and business leaders.
Drive productivity by defining metrics and improving resource utilization.
Lead FP&A activities: forecasting, yearly planning, variance analysis, scenario modeling.
