Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Teaneck, NJ, is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and practice leadership, blending hands-on finance with analytical rigor to improve financial performance at the practice level.

You will own monthly reporting, budgeting cycles, variance analyses, and drive decision-support tools, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls; prior experience in healthcare finance preferred.

• Typically 7+ years of progressive Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for leadership decision making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles; coordinate inputs and validate assumptions.
• Translate results into insights and recommendations; flag risks and opportunities.
• Review financial results with practice managers and physician leaders; prepare board materials.
• Provide timely responses to ad hoc requests with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Maintain KPI measurement and build decision-support tools with Finance leadership.
• Support CapEx intake, ROI/NPV analyses, and track projects against budget.
• Perform analyses on revenue, discounts, expenses, and AR aging; propose corrective actions.
• Assist month-end close tasks and promote internal controls adherence.
• Contribute to growth initiatives and due diligence as assigned.
• Organize workplans and ensure deadlines across stakeholders; act as right hand to Director of Finance.
