Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Teaneck, NJ seeks an FP&A Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and practice leadership, blending hands-on finance with analytical rigor to improve financial performance at the practice level.

You will own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards, collaborating across Operations, Controllers, and physician leaders to drive insightful decisions and disciplined processes.

Qualifications

• Typically has 7+ years of progressive Finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Digital first mindset to pursue process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards supporting leadership decisions.
• Support budgeting and recurring forecasting cycles; coordinate inputs and validate assumptions.
• Translate results into insights and recommendations; escalate risks/opportunities to Director of Finance.
• Partner with practice managers and physician leaders to review financial results and cost drivers.
