Job summary

The role will support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across healthcare service lines and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive decision making.

Reporting to Finance leadership, you will partner with business units, refine budget drivers, and create scalable models and self-service tools for non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Strong modeling and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close support.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts.
• Consolidate submissions from business units and challenge assumptions.
• Develop scenario analyses to inform leadership decisions.
