Job summary

UKG is recruiting a Corporate FP&A Manager to drive enterprise-level financial planning and analysis, focusing on performance improvement and scalable reporting. You will collaborate across functions and interact with executives to deliver timely insights and robust metrics.

You will lead a team of analysts, develop budgets and financial models, and create insightful commentary and dashboards using ERP, TM1 and D365, Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise level financial planning and analysis with emphasis on performance improvement.
• Develop budgets, long-term modeling and annual operating plans.
• Create internal reporting packages and executive presentations with data-driven insights.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts and improve planning/tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support strategic decision making.
• Build and improve analytics, reporting, and KPIs for leadership.
