Job summary

Fastly in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on consolidating the P&L, building robust forecasting, and translating financial data into strategic actions for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills using Google Sheets and Slides.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and how they connect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Board, Audit, executive leadership, and forecast decks that translate financial performance into clear, actionable narratives.
• Own corporate consolidation and P&L roll-up, including administration of Fastly's forecasting system.
• Support month end review of financials, quarterly forecasting process, and annual planning cycle.
• Partner closely with Accounting to support monthly/quarterly close and to understand any changes that impact forecasting including translating new assumptions, policy updates, and accounting treatments.
• Establish robust and repeatable corporate finance processes including timelines, logistics, deliverables etc. and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes to modernize workflows, increase efficiency, and unlock deeper business insights.
• Own the cash forecasting process, partnering closely with Billing Systems, Accounting, Treasury, and SEC reporting.
• Work on ad hoc projects and analytical requests from executive leadership to translate complex financial and business data into clear actions, risks, and opportunities across a range of topics, such as capital allocation, guidance strategy, etc.
