Job summary

Fandom is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, reporting to the Director FP&A. You will bridge data systems and executive strategy while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and other functions worldwide.

You will lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reconciliation, build strategic financial models, and deliver board-ready analyses that connect performance drivers to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate finance and operational roles.
• Experience building strategic financial models and presenting to senior management.
• Experience implementing FP&A planning systems (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Planful).
• Experience building C-suite and Board-level reporting materials.
• Strong business judgment and ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide financial planning: long-term strategy, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance reconciliation.
• Develop trusted relationships with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders as FP&A contact.
• Drive forecasts to predict performance and manage toward outcomes.
• Contribute to FP&A processes, systems, and reporting for greater visibility and leverage.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modeling and investment analysis.
