Job summary

Fastly, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to shape the company’s long-term financial direction and tell our financial story to executives and markets. You will lead consolidation and P&L roll‑up, run the forecasting system, and partner with Accounting on close cycles.

You’ll bring 5–8 years in FP&A or related roles, strong Workday Adaptive Planning experience, advanced financial modeling in Google Sheets, and an ability to communicate complex data clearly.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A or related roles in tech/SaaS
• Experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning
• Advanced financial modeling with Google Sheets/Slides
• Deep understanding of financial statements and how they connect
• Curious, data-driven, ownership mentality
• Strong written and verbal communication; influence across levels
• Detail-oriented and able to work in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Prepare Board, Audit, executive leadership, and forecast decks that translate financial performance into clear, actionable narratives
• Own corporate consolidation and P&L roll-up, including administration of Fastly's forecasting system
• Support month end review of financials, quarterly forecasting process, and annual planning cycle
• Partner with Accounting to support monthly/quarterly close and to understand any changes that impact forecasting including translating new assumptions, policy updates, and accounting treatments
• Establish robust and repeatable corporate finance processes including timelines, logistics, deliverables etc. and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes to modernize workflows, increase efficiency, and unlock deeper business insights
• Own the cash forecasting process, partnering closely with Billing Systems, Accounting, Treasury, and SEC reporting
• Work on ad hoc projects and analytical requests from executive leadership to translate complex financial and business data into clear actions, risks, and opportunities across a range of topics, such as capital allocation, guidance strategy, etc.
