Job summary

VB Spine, LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. You will develop financial models, drive scenario analyses, and present executive-level insights to senior leadership.

You will also lead monthly performance reviews, guide variance analysis, and provide strategic financial guidance across functions. This role requires strong leadership and proven experience in product-focused finance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CMA preferred (Master’s degree optional).
• 7+ years of financial experience with budgeting and planning.
• Experience leading finance staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key drivers.
• Own forecast accuracy and variance analysis; identify risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with dashboards and executive insights.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and present clear analyses to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and promote a data-driven finance culture.
