VB Spine seeks a Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across finance and operations, including inventory and cost management. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution leaders to drive performance, optimize working capital, and provide executive insights.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A with leadership experience, strong modeling skills (three-statement), and proficiency in JD Edwards and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA qualifications are preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with focus on operating matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key drivers.
• Analyze trends and KPIs such as revenue, operating costs, inventory, working capital, and cash flow.
• Lead monthly financial and operating performance reviews with identification of drivers, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution leaders to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Translate financial results into clear recommendations for senior leadership and support data-driven decisions.
