J&T Business Consulting in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis to lead complex modeling, forecasting, cost and cash flow analyses, and executive-level financial presentations. This hands-on role partners with the FP&A and Data Analytics teams to translate firm data into actionable business insights for leadership.

This is a senior individual contributor role for an experienced FP&A professional who can independently own nuanced analyses from framing questions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IS, or STEM; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in a professional services FP&A environment.
• Strong FP&A foundation with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, cash flow, and profitability.
• Develop revenue forecasts incorporating trends, activity, and business drivers.
• Support growth analyses including projections of revenue and staffing.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Analyze hours, rates, realization, and market trends to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with BI and finance teams to leverage data sources and dashboards.
• Translate data into concise insights to guide planning and resource allocation.
• Assist with annual Budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Respond to senior leadership requests with structured analyses.
