Wonder is seeking a Senior FP&A partner to drive financial performance and scalable processes. You will advise senior leaders, own reporting, planning, and forecasting, and lead cross-functional projects.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll help scale the business toward 200+ units and collaborate with VP Strategic Finance, CEO, and Investor Relations. A hybrid NYC-based schedule is offered with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of corporate finance/FP&A experience.
• Experience building enterprise reporting systems with Anaplan.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel; driver-based models.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting with KPI dashboards.
• Own annual operating plan and rolling forecasts across units.
• Drive cross-functional FP&A projects and M&A analytics.
