Job summary

Wonder is seeking a highly analytical Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our team. You will consolidate financials across Wonder brands and prepare monthly executive presentations, driving planning processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead Anaplan adoption across FP&A, build dashboards, and provide insights to the CFO and leadership. This role partners with SG&A teams to align budgets and forecasts and requires a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on Anaplan experience implementing or driving adoption is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; SQL proficiency; ability to leverage AI to streamline workflows.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and cross-functional influence.
• Ownership mindset and bias for action in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A across Wonder Group through Anaplan and analytics leadership.
• Drive long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly updates.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly executive packages and board presentations.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to CFO and leadership.
• Partner with SG&A leaders to manage budgets, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Oversee headcount reporting and analytics.
