Job summary

Rhombus Power, Inc. is hiring an FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for our SaaS-based business in Palo Alto. You will influence decisions by connecting revenue timing, headcount, and costs to profitability and cash flow.

The role requires hands-on analysis, ownership from data collection through recommendations, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Hybrid work with HQ onsite four days a week in Palo Alto is expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of FP&A experience in a small or midsize SaaS company.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, modeling and variance analysis.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and understanding of SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting with department leaders on revenue, headcount and OPEX.
• Update monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts using three-statement models.
• Build driver-based forecasts linking sales, onboarding, and timing to financials.
• Perform scenario analysis to test growth assumptions and hiring plans.
• Maintain ARR, bookings, revenue recognition, billings and cash forecasting.
• Support contract reviews with pricing, margins and terms.
• Create BI dashboards and provide data-driven commentary for reviews.
• Maintain workforce models and automate data collection workflows.
• Help build FP&A core models, calendar, and reporting standards.
