Job summary

Cority is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will own forecasting, reporting, and board‑pack inputs, acting as the day‑to‑day finance partner to department heads. This hands‑on role focuses on SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR) and cross‑functional finance work.

You’ll build driver‑based models, write variance commentary, and support budgeting and PS reporting. A strong Excel skillset and 1–3 years in FP&A are required, with remote flexibility in a dynamic, values‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with budgeting/forecasting platforms is a plus.
• Comfort building driver‑based financial models and writing variance commentary.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and department forecast processes with inputs and variance flags.
• Support Professional Services reporting: track utilization, backlog, POC revenue; assist with PS forecast.
• Prepare board pack components, including variance tables and KPI charts.
• Provide accrual inputs to accounting and assist with flux analysis post-close.
• Reconcile actuals to forecast monthly; partner with department heads in analyses.
• Attend monthly budget‑vs‑actual meetings as finance partner; assist scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Assist with scenario planning under Manager’s direction.
