Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and strategic planning. You will oversee a small FP&A team and partner with sales, operations, and other leaders to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A with 4+ in leadership; strong Excel, NetSuite, and Power BI experience; plus excellent communication. Bachelor’s in Finance/Economics/Accounting is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience implementing scalable FP&A processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the FP&A function to monitor performance and develop financial strategies.
• Coordinate modeling, forecasting, and reporting to support executives.
• Lead process improvements and analytics for business insight.
• Manage a small team and mentor finance professionals.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to align financial and business goals.
