Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Director of FP&A based in New York, NY. The role leads planning, analysis, and reporting for a multi-channel organization and partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance.

Required: 8–15+ years in finance with FP&A and financial reporting, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Anaplan. MBA/CPA/CFA a plus; fully authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

8–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and financial reporting.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis knowledge.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop financial models, revenue forecasts, and expense projections.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership.
Analyze performance, identify risks/opportunities, and provide recommendations.
Partner with accounting for timely month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborate with department leaders to establish budgets and monitor performance.
