Job summary

Releady is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager, People & Places and Corporate Development FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis across the People & Places and Corporate Development functions, partnering with senior leaders to build scalable financial processes in a fast-paced FP&A organization. Location: San Francisco, CA with hybrid work (2 days in office).

3-month contract; pay rate $80-90/hour.

Qualifications

7–10 years of FP&A experience.
Strong business acumen and partnering with senior leadership.
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines with precision.
Ability to challenge status quo and drive new ideas.

Responsibilities

Serve as key FP&A partner to CPO and EVP of Corporate Development.
Manage the People & Places financial analyst.
Drive budgeting and forecasting for People & Places and Corporate Development, including headcount, spend, and metrics.
Evolve budgeting/forecasting processes as needs change.
Support long-range strategic planning and ad hoc strategic projects.
Lead process and systems improvement within FP&A across cross-functional teams.
