AIR Communities is hiring a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects in Chicago, IL or Denver, CO. The role requires deep multifamily operations expertise and strong executive communication, partnering across departments and with Blackstone.

The ideal candidate will design scalable processes, mentor the team, and deliver decision-ready insights that drive enterprise performance. In-office 5 days a week.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, preferably multifamily.
• Proven track record building, managing, and mentoring FP&A teams.
• Deep understanding of real estate fundamentals, portfolio performance, and capital markets.
• Experience supporting complex finance functions with executive-level influence.
• Excellent communication to clearly articulate data-driven performance.
• Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent, prudent decision-making.

• Translate enterprise and Finance strategy into clear, actionable FP&A plans.
• Create and implement new processes and tools to improve efficiency.
• Oversee enterprise-level reporting and analytics for executives.
• Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to inform strategy.
• Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives to scale FP&A capabilities.
• Develop and manage Managers and Analysts on the FP&A team.
• Ensure alignment across reporting workstreams and timelines.
• Contribute to a scalable enterprise reporting foundation.
