Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least five years of progressive corporate finance experience.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and comfort with complex models.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and strong financial writing.
• FP&A background; accounting/real estate experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to improve decision-making with financial insights.
• Diagnose complex problems and develop data-informed solutions.
• Execute month-end accounting and financial processes accurately.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning including treasury and debt.
• Lead G&A planning with budgeting, variance analysis, and risk identification.
• Prepare quarterly reports for executive decision-making.
• Be a team player, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to change.
