AIR Communities is hiring a Manager of Corporate FP&A to oversee G&A and cash flow reporting from our Denver, CO or Chicago, IL headquarters. This hands-on manager will coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, partnering with leaders and Blackstone to drive improved performance.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced FP&A leader with strong cash flow forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience in private equity- or corporate finance-focused environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Corporate G&A forecasting and planning, including annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Track and report integration savings and identify additional opportunities.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare enterprise-level financial reporting and analytics for leadership.
• Build partnerships with business and finance leaders to improve performance.
• Plan future FP&A system enhancements and drive automation improvements.
