Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale (ATI) seeks a senior FP&A leader to head Financial Analysis and Planning for the Specialty Materials Business Unit at our Monroe, NC manufacturing facility. This on-site role leads the FP&A team, drives the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, and partners with BU leaders on strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing finance, 5+ years in management, and strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Hyperion Essbase skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• MBA preferred (focus on Corporate Finance or Management strongly desired).
• 7 years’ Finance experience in manufacturing.
• 5 years’ in manufacturing finance management roles.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience (including non-US sites).
• Consolidation of Global Financial results (including fx impact).
• Reporting of operating entity financial results by product line portfolios/value streams.
• Leadership & Development of financial analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATI Specialty Materials FP&A team and provide leadership.
• Develop Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecast files.
• Create financial models/tools for ad-hoc analysis and decision support.
• Accelerate month-end close and ensure data accuracy for journal entries.
• Support corporate analyses and data requests in a timely manner.
• Provide financial analysis to SM functional leaders and teams.
