Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (Manufacturing) to lead the FP&A function for its Specialty Materials Business Unit at the Monroe, NC facility. You will guide annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and financial modeling to drive performance.

Candidates should have 7+ years in manufacturing finance, with 5+ years in managerial roles, CPA preferred, and experience consolidating global results.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• MBA focus on Corporate Finance or Management strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for ATI Specialty Materials (SM) Financial Planning & Analysis team.
• Mentor and develop SM FP&A talent.
• Be accountable for performance and work products of SM FP&A.
• Develop Annual Operating Plan financial statements.
• Develop monthly Forecast financial statements.
• Create financial modeling/tools to support ad-hoc analysis, accelerate close, ensure accuracy of journal data.
• Support corporate analysis and data requests.
• Provide financial analysis to SM functional leaders.
