Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations & Supply Chain to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Drive working capital improvements with a focus on inventory management.
• Promote a data-driven culture using financial analysis and cost management.
• Assess and improve manufacturing value streams across multiple locations.
• Support audit requests and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Lead productivity initiatives and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
• Develop financial models to evaluate strategies and initiatives.
• Drive improvements in throughput and inventory performance through financial analysis.
