Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Director of Operational FP&A to partner with Corporate Finance and the HPMC segment leadership. This role focuses on driving financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning across multiple manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in FP&A within manufacturing, with strong capabilities in capital investments, performance management, and executive storytelling. Travel up to 60% in year one, then ~40% ongoing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive FP&A, operational finance, strategic finance, or business finance leadership in complex manufacturing organizations.
Demonstrated success supporting multiple manufacturing sites or business units in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Corporate Finance and FP&A for the HPMC segment, partnering with site leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.
Manage operational forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple sites.
Develop and review capital expenditure analyses and investment evaluations for strategic initiatives.
Prepare monthly/quarterly income statements, cash flow, and operational performance forecasts for senior leadership and Board discussions.
Standardize processes, improve financial insights, and drive enterprise-wide decision making across the organization.
Mentor finance professionals and drive continuous improvement in forecasting and analytics.
