Job summary

ATI is seeking to hire a Sr. Cost Analyst to support the Monroe Production Facility in Monroe, NC. The role focuses on cost planning, rate development, month-end close, and inventory transactions, acting as the finance leader for the site.

You will generate monthly reports, analyze variances, drive cost-saving initiatives, and work with operations to improve processes. A strong continuous improvement mindset and independent work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting/cost experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to finance resource at the facility—providing data-driven insights to operations, production, and management.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory batches, resolving variances and ensuring proper accounting treatment through each stage of manufacturing.
• Assist in annual planning for variable and fixed costs and department budgets.
