Milton CAT, based in Milford, MA, seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for our $1.5+ billion organization. You will build advanced financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools to guide executive decisions and support growth across six Northeast states.

The role reports to the Director of Financial Accounting, requires a strong technical finance background, and offers on-site work with occasional remote flexibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, including advanced financial modeling and forecasting responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented approach, with the ability to connect financial insights to operational and strategic priorities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across finance, operations, and leadership.
• High comfort with technology, large data sets, and modern reporting tools, including Power BI and Excel.
• Ability to work on-site at Milford, MA with occasional remote flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes to improve alignment and decision support across the business.
• Develop and enhance advanced financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools for growth planning and scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly bank reporting and support forecasting and analysis of cash flow and debt covenant compliance.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze profitability across products and services to identify trends and improve margins.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and strengthen data leverage across the organization.
• Perform detailed variance, trend, and performance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Monitor capital expenditures and support strategic initiatives aligned with returns.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting for cross-functional initiatives.
