Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to partner with the Go-to-Market organization, owning the consolidated GTM expense forecast and coordinating across the GTM Finance team. You will drive budgeting, headcount planning, variance analysis, and executive reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, strong modeling skills, and experience with Anaplan/Workday. A two-day in-office requirement in San Francisco is noted; equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits are

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, consulting, investment banking, or Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Experience partnering with Go-to-Market orgs (Sales, Partners, Enablement) preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and exec reporting.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems; Anaplan and Workday a plus.
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools to improve finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic finance partner to GTM orgs including Sales, Partners, Enablement, and xDR.
• Own GTM expense forecast and act as central coord for GTM Finance with exec-ready insights.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting for headcount, controllable spend and metrics.
• Prepare budget vs. actual variance analyses and executive reporting.
• Develop scalable financial models for headcount, productivity, and pipeline.
