Piper Companies seeks a Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and executive reporting for a global manufacturing and medical technology organization.

The role will partner with executives and drive financial processes across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of FP&A experience in large public companies and hands-on proficiency with SAP, OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a large public company.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and partner with senior executives on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s annual operating plan, long-range strategic planning, forecasting cycles, and month-end financial review activities across global finance teams.
• Develop executive-level financial presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership, board meetings, and key business reviews.
• Partner with finance leaders to establish performance targets, communicate deliverables, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and deadlines.
• Analyze financial results, spending trends, cash flow projections, and balance sheet performance while providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Drive reporting standardization, process improvements, and system enhancements through OneStream and SAP.
