Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience in a corporate finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target-setting with executive leadership.
• Prepare board packages, audit committee materials, and executive reporting.
• Analyze performance, drivers, and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and long-range planning tools.
