Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to join a leading healthcare and medical technology organization and work onsite in Tempe, AZ. You will lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, partnering with global finance teams to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing Board materials, maintaining monthly reports, and driving automated reporting and modeling. The role requires 10+ years FP&A experience and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Hyperion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A experience in a large publicly traded company ($4B+ revenue).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Maintain and distribute monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of internal financial reporting and consolidated financial data.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting calendars and consolidate financial results.
• Coordinate annual operating plan and monthly forecast processes across global finance teams.
• Drive completion of reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting deliverables.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for corporate finance activities.
• Analyze spending against budget and forecast, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
