Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit. You will deliver global financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to guide strategic decisions.

You will present monthly results to budget owners and collaborate with cross-functional leaders on product roadmaps and supply chain impacts. The role requires extensive FP&A experience, strong P&L and variance analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance or Accounting with FP&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of P&L reporting and variance analysis.
• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly bookings forecasts with active deals.
• Build annual budget and monthly forecasts for FP&A globally.
• Analyze monthly results vs budgets and adjust forecasts.
• Coordinate with BU leads to align financial processes with roadmap.
• Work with supply chain to assess forecast impacts.
• Review inventory reserves for obsolete/slow-moving items.
• Manage headcount forecast and hiring plans with HR leaders.
• Prepare quota analysis and commissions for FSS employees.
• Calculate monthly commissions payouts to payroll.
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
