BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

The role demands deep financial modeling, strong communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams during core PST hours. This position offers competitive pay and substantial bonus potential.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as an effective business partner across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Conduct cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop models and metrics to measure performance for senior management.
